LinkedIn Bulk URL Capture
What to expect with LinkedIn capture
- Focused on post-level capture: You can expand and capture LinkedIn post URLs, making it easy to preserve relevant content. Support for additional LinkedIn page types is coming in future updates.
- Streamlined capture experience: Similar to Instagram, scrape-only and scrape + capture options aren’t available yet—but you can still reliably capture the content that matters most.
- Built to handle interruptions: LinkedIn’s security measures can sometimes trigger logouts. When that happens, you’ll be prompted to quickly re-authenticate so your capture can continue without starting over. In practice, this should happen infrequently.
Introducing: Search
Quickly find the captures you need—no matter how large the matter or account.
Search lets you locate captures using keywords from the capture name, URL, page title, notes, and other associated metadata. Instead of manually browsing folders, you can instantly surface the exact capture you’re looking for.
Simply navigate to the Search bar on the left side of the Portal, enter a keyword or phrase, and refine your results using filters to narrow things down.
Search fully respects user-level permissions, so results only include captures you already have access to.
Cost Recovery Reporting
Get clear, flexible insight into how your team is using Page Vault and make billing easier.
Download detailed usage reports by folder, user, matter, or individual capture. Filter by active or deleted captures, view line-by-line capture data, and apply customizable cost-per-page pricing with full history tracking.
The result is better visibility into account activity, simpler internal chargebacks, and smoother alignment with client billing workflows.
Expanded Social Media Collection Capabilities
Collect high volumes of Facebook and Instagram content with greater precision and significantly less manual effort.
New enhancements include:

Browser Extension
Start a capture directly from Chrome or Microsoft Edge without interrupting your workflow.
The Page Vault browser extension sends the page to our secure backend for processing, so you are not stuck running a capture on your own machine. It uses your existing logged-in session, automatically preserves key metadata like domain and timestamp, and detects embedded videos for download as MP4 files. You can also assign a Case Matter ID at the time of capture, and installation is quick from within the Portal.
The result is a faster, more standardized way to capture web content with minimal disruption and consistent, defensible output across your team.
Additional Updates
Expanded OCR Support for Relativity Exports
OCR text files are now available to all customers and are automatically referenced in Relativity-ready .dat load files. OCR file paths are also included in Capture Summary exports, all within a backward-compatible structure that avoids disrupting existing workflows.
The result is smoother ingestion into Relativity and a cleaner handoff from collection to review.
